Unbound is a contemporary dance theatre work asking whether the stress we’ve normalised in our day to day lives is making us sick. The piece was sparked by a confronting statistic: stress is a major contributor to 75–90% of all disease, as cited in Frontiers in Human Neuroscience. Unbound explores how stress and trauma are stored in the body, and how movement based tools like shaking and dance can help release some of that accumulated pressure and emotional residue.

Jazz Duet / Available for programming

Fever is a sensual jazz duet exploring the wild woman archetype and the freedom found in embracing femininity with curiosity, confidence and joy. The choreography is jazz-commercial inspired and is set to Peggy Lee’s iconic song  'Fever'. Two dancers and a live musician come together in a celebration of movement, music and jazzy, stylised sensuality.
