We are a London-based dance and theatre performance group delivering dynamic pop-up routines and powerful story-driven productions, inspired by commercial, jazz, and contemporary dance for events, venues, and festivals.

Unbound performed on the Nataraj Dance Stage, blending contemporary, ritual and commercial dance. Audiences members then took part in an Unbound workshop led by The Code Collective, learning choreography from the peice.

Edinburgh Fringe August 2025

Unbound was selected for one of the few curated programmes at C Venues, presented as an international screening during the Fringe 2025 season.

WHAT IS UNBOUND ABOUT? 

Unbound is a raw, contemporary dance-theatre production that explores how stress and trauma live in the body- and how movement-based tools like shaking and dance can help release this stagnant energy. Two individuals navigate the weight of what their bodies have held for too long-exhaustion, trauma and use the medicine of dance as a ritual to release and come back home to themselves.
